Charlie Tuck completes SSPC-C2 certification January 2007
Mr. Charlie Tuck, Project Manager, has completed his SSPC-C2 certification. C-2 pertains to specifying and managing protective coatings projects. KPC customers will benefit from this achievement by Charlie’s enhanced ability to participate as a team member contributing to the development and execution of protective coating specifications and contracts. Following through with this experience and training, Charlie has taken on the challenge of introducing KPC customers to the merits of selecting ultra high water jetting (UHWJ) as a cost effective alternative to abrasive blasting when developing project specifications.
Mr. Tuck has 13 years off shore experience working with ultra high water jetting for surface preparation, is well aware of the risks and benefits and is looking forward to expanding awareness of this technology in British Columbia.
KPC today has two 40,000K UHWJ pumps and has to date executed over $2 million in UHWJ SSPC-SP12, surface preparation projects without warranty issues.
