Plural Component Application Pumps
Plural component coatings are designed to enable rapid curing to minimize downtime of the equipment, especially important in immersion services. As well the elimination of most VOCs (Volatile Organic Components) in high solids content coatings enable their use without having to shut down operations due to hazardous atmospheres. In order to have the ability to apply the full range of multi ratio coating chemistries, CCS acquired a Grayco Extreme Pump with computer tracking and performance monitoring capability.

Mechanical Proportioners
Multiple pump lower designs, accurately proportion plural-component materials.
Fixed Ratio Foam Cat proportioners accurately pump plural-component materials by powering two or three positive displacement pumps from a common air motor. This assures that the stroke rate and stroke length of all pump lowers are identical, providing constant proportioning.
Models with two identically-sized lowers provide balanced pumping forces which prevents premature packing wear. Models with three pump lowers and cylinders of various sizes can be selected to provide a wide variety of mix ratios.
